Your privacy is a priority to Making Working Motherhood Work, LLC, (the “Company”). Information collected and retained by the Company includes name, email address, phone number, dates of service, and any other information provided by visitors. This information is requested and used to provide services directly and the client. (Please refer to the Coaching Services Agreement regarding coaching and consulting service record management, confidentiality disclosures, and other terms and conditions.)

Information will not be sold, rented or leased to third parties, and personal information will not be shared to any third-party individual, government agency or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law.

Information entered by visitors to this site will only be used to process requests (i.e., schedule appointments, purchase products/services) or for the other following reasons: Information collected may also be added to a database maintained by the Company to customize your experience, improve customer service, to deliver information, surveys, requested products and/or services, assessment results via coach/client relationship, and/or to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Payment information is only processed by authorized credit card companies and is never stored by the Company. Customer information will never be sold or shared with an external entity. If customers choose to opt-in to our mailing list to receive updates and information about products and services, they may cancel subscriptions at any time.

The Company collects personal data only for providing the services you voluntarily request, generating statistical studies, conducting marketing research, improving products and services, sending you surveys, or notifying you of new products and any other changes to the site and or services that may affect you.

When you voluntarily submit personal data to the Company, you understand that you are agreeing to allow Company to access, store, and or use that information for those purposes. The Company receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our The Company website or provide us in any other way. In addition, The Company collects the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. The Company may use software tools to measure and collect session
information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. The Company also collects personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on The Company website, as part of the process, The Company collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys
or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to
enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement The Company may have with
you. For these 
purposes The Company may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal

It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of coaching sessions may be made up to 12 hours of the scheduled time. By canceling your appointment within 12 hours of your scheduled time, you may incur a $35 late cancellation fee. At the discretion of the coach, this fee may be waived. In the event of a missed appointment without notification, the session will be charged against the Agreement session balance and is not eligible for a refund or credit.



Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal and your investment is always secure. All agreements and subscriptions may be canceled at any time by the coach or client. Any refund due will be prorated for unused services as described in the coaching agreement. Downloadable and tangible products (i.e., workbooks, assessments, eLearning courses) are not eligible for a refund. All eligible refunds are provided by check.
